New Patient Appointment
New patients are always welcome at Foundation Chiropractic Clinic. With our easy booking system you will be able to find your perfect time. With early morning or evening times available we will find a time to suit you.
Our new patient examination consists of :
A detailed health history
Postural Analysis
Neurological testing
Orthopedic testing
A Chiropractic examination
If warranted from above a clinical decision will be made if an x-ray examination is needed - and referred out and a chiropractic adjustment delivered.
Allow 30 minutes for this appointment. Payments are to be made at the end of the appointment.

Dr Coralie Coom is a registered provider for ACC. There is no need to visit your G.P. At Foundation Chiropractic Clinic we can start a claim for your injury today. If you are a current patient and have a new ACC injury please inform Dr Coralie as she may need more time with you.
If you currently have an ACC, please bring in your letter or if you have received a text message from them please show it to Dr Coralie Coom.
Please note we are unable to provide chiropractic services to you if you are already seeing another chiropractor for the same injury. You ACC injury will need to be spine (neck, midback, lower back, pelvis, and hips) related to be accepted at Foundation Chiropractic Clinic.
We can care for you con-currently with other health providers, in fact Dr Coom encourages it to make you better faster.
Follow up Appointments
Dr Coralie after your initial first appointment will need to see you within 24-72 hours after your first chiropractic adjustment. This is so Dr Coom can provide the best quality of chiropractic health care for you. Follow up appointments are approximately 15 minutes in duration. p

Once you have had your first and second adjustment, you will have noticed some changes occurring. A chiropractic program of care will be delivered so you know exactly what to expect. Repeat measurements will be taken to ensure we are moving in the right direction for you and your family.
